  • Click Forgot Password.
  • Enter your Username [registered primary email] eg janedoe@gmail.com
  • Select “Customer” and submit.
  • Check your registered email / Mobile number for the OTP
  • Enter the OTP and verify
  • Enter the New Password and confirm
  • Login with your Username [primary registered email or Account Number] eg janedoe@gmail.com or 1001005 and New Password.
  • Check your registered email / Mobile number for a second OTP.
  • Enter the OTP to verify.
  • Click on your Account Number to access the dashboard.
