The amount you pay as premiums is determined by your goal and affordability. There are various payment options you can use to make your premium contributions. These are:

We have answered some questions you might have about making claims.

    An accident is any sudden, unintended and unforeseen external and visible event, which might cause bodily harm or leads to a physical disability or death.

    We shall require you to submit:

    1. Driving license
    2. Police abstract
    3. Completed claim form

    If a loss occurs you are required to notify us within 24 hours of occurrence. Notification can be made via the telephone, email or a letter.

    Our claims procedure is detailed in our policy document. But also, we handle claims on a case by case basis and advise according to the class of loss or damage.

    Well, you have two options:

    1. Have the windscreen replaced and send us a filled out claim form together with an ETR receipt and photographs of the damaged screen and we shall reimburse you.
    2. Send us a claim form and obtain a letter of authority to replace the windscreen.

    On average, General Insurance claims 7 working days to settle.

    This duration is dependent on timely and proper documentation and, availability of repair materials for motor claims.
